Tito’s Community
Terms of Service
Effective and Last Updated: August 3, 2026
Bottom line: please be kind and respectful to one another. There is already enough happening in the world without wasting energy on unnecessary conflict or hurtful behavior. Treat people with patience, dignity, and understanding, even when you disagree.

Plain-language summary: Tito’s Community is a private, personal, invitation-only online community. It is separate from Climate Change Community LLC and Tito’s public or professional projects. Access is a privilege based on trust, respectful conduct, and these Terms. |
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Tito’s Community, including its website, home page known as “La Casa,” member areas, discussions, messages, events, files, and related features (collectively, the “Community”). By visiting, accepting an invitation, creating or using an account, or otherwise participating in the Community, you agree to these Terms and to any posted Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, or other rules that expressly apply to the Community.
If you do not agree, do not access or use the Community. These Terms provide the operating agreement for this private Community.
Tito’s Community is a personal, private, invitation-only space created and administered by Tito Alvarez (“Tito,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) from 99 Wall Street, Suite 1983, New York, New York 10005, for trusted Family, Friends, SGI Members, and Guests/Visitors. It is intended for respectful connection, conversation, mutual support, and appropriate downtime among people personally invited by Tito.
Tito’s Community is separate from Climate Change Community LLC, Climate Tribe Social, SDL5, cCc Nudge, GreenRumba, and Tito’s other public, business, climate, or professional initiatives. Participation in Tito’s Community does not create a business relationship with any of those organizations or projects.

There is no open public registration and no entitlement to join. Access may be offered, limited, paused, or withdrawn at any time. An invitation is personal and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or used to create an account for another person.
The website may use the technical access labels “Visitor” and “Member.” These labels control what parts of the site a person can access. They are not social ranks, measures of importance, promises of permanent access, or guarantees of any role, benefit, employment, compensation, or future opportunity.
Visitors may be able to view limited pages or information without full member access. Members may receive access to private areas and features. Specific permissions may differ from person to person.
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. The Community is not intended for children under 13, and children under 13 may not create or use an account.
A person between 13 and 17 may participate only with an express invitation and the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the minor’s use of the Community and may be asked to confirm consent. We may restrict or remove a minor’s access whenever we believe it is appropriate for privacy, safety, legal, or community reasons.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain only the account assigned to you, and keep your login credentials confidential. You may not impersonate another person, allow another person to use your account, or attempt to access areas for which you have not been given permission.
Notify us promptly through the Community’s contact method if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law.
The Community is built on trust, privacy, dignity, kindness, respectful connection, and mutual support. Members and visitors must communicate in good faith and treat others as human beings worthy of respect, including during disagreement.
You may not use the Community to bully, harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, humiliate, exploit, discriminate against, defame, or deliberately endanger another person. Hate speech, targeted abuse, sexual harassment, grooming, coercion, doxxing, unwanted sexual content, and credible threats of violence are prohibited.
You also may not repeatedly disrupt discussions, deliberately spread harmful falsehoods, manipulate others, pressure members for money or favors, or use private relationships formed here for predatory, fraudulent, or exploitative purposes.
Because this is a private community, participants are expected to respect the privacy and personal boundaries of others. Do not copy, screenshot, record, publish, forward, or disclose another person’s posts, messages, images, contact information, personal circumstances, or identity outside the Community without that person’s permission, except when disclosure is reasonably necessary to report abuse, protect someone from harm, comply with law, or obtain professional advice.
Private access does not guarantee absolute confidentiality. Other participants may still copy or disclose content, devices or accounts may be compromised, and technical service providers may process information as described in the Privacy Policy. Share only what you are comfortable placing in an online environment.
Do not post highly sensitive information such as passwords, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, medical records, or another person’s confidential information.
You retain ownership of content you create and post, including text, photographs, artwork, comments, and files (“User Content”). You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights and permissions needed to share it.
By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and technically process that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, back up, and improve the Community. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for copies retained in routine backups, legal records, safety records, or material that other users have independently shared or quoted with permission.
You may not post content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, or other legal rights. We may remove or restrict disputed content while we review a complaint.
You may not use the Community to break the law; facilitate fraud or scams; distribute malware; probe or bypass security; scrape member information; send spam; conduct unauthorized advertising or fundraising; sell access; harvest contact information; interfere with the website; or use automated systems to access the Community without written permission.
You may not use Community content, private discussions, member identities, or personal data to train an artificial-intelligence system, build a dataset, create surveillance profiles, conduct research, publish case studies, or develop commercial products without prior written permission from Tito and, where relevant, the affected participants.
We may review reports, remove content, limit features, issue warnings, restrict contact between members, suspend accounts, revoke invitations, or terminate access when we reasonably believe action is needed to protect participants, enforce these Terms, preserve the character of the Community, comply with law, or respond to technical or security concerns.
Moderation decisions may consider context, seriousness, patterns of conduct, risk of harm, and the needs of the private community. Because access is invitation-only, we are not required to continue access or provide an appeal process, although we may allow clarification or reconsideration when appropriate.
In an emergency or when someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource. The Community is not an emergency-response service and is not continuously monitored.
Membership may allow trusted people to know more about Tito’s interests and projects. Some participants might later be considered for optional employment, contracting, volunteering, collaboration, or other opportunities if a separate organization or project has a genuine need.
Participation does not promise or guarantee employment, payment, selection, preferential treatment, investment, partnership, or any future opportunity. Any such relationship must be established separately and, when appropriate, in a written agreement with the relevant person or organization.
The Community may rely on hosting companies, membership software, email services, embedded media, payment tools, or other third-party services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, availability, security, or conduct.
Links and references are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement. Use third-party services at your own discretion.
Community discussions may include personal experiences, opinions, suggestions, or information about health, safety, finances, law, employment, technology, religion, climate, or other subjects. Unless clearly stated otherwise, such content is general conversation and is not professional advice.
Do not rely on Community content as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your specific circumstances.
We may change, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any feature or all of the Community at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, compatibility with every device, or preservation of every post, message, or file.
You are responsible for retaining copies of your own important content. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, security incidents, provider outages, or other circumstances may temporarily affect access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Community is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Community will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free from harmful components, or suitable for every purpose.
We do not control and are not responsible for the statements, conduct, reliability, or decisions of participants. Private membership and moderation reduce some risks but cannot eliminate misunderstandings, misconduct, data loss, privacy breaches, or other harms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tito and any person assisting with administration of the Community will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, reputation, opportunity, income, or goodwill arising from or related to the Community.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Community will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for your conduct, your account, and your User Content. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse and protect Tito and Community administrators from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct.
You may stop using the Community at any time and may request closure of your account through the available contact method. Account closure may not remove content that must be retained for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, backup integrity, or the protection of others.
We may end or restrict your access at any time, with or without notice, especially when access creates a safety, privacy, trust, legal, operational, or community concern. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination—including ownership, licenses already exercised, disclaimers, limitations of liability, responsibility for actions, dispute terms, and general provisions—will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a legal claim, you agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally by contacting us and allowing a reasonable opportunity to respond.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising from or related to the Community or these Terms must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New York County, New York, and the parties consent to that venue and jurisdiction. This provision does not prevent either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court or using another forum when applicable law requires or permits it.
We may revise these Terms as the Community, technology, risks, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. For material changes, we may also provide notice through the website, account area, or email.
Continued use of the Community after revised Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Community and request account closure.
These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy and posted Community Guidelines, are the entire agreement concerning use of the Community. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or modified only as much as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without permission. We may transfer administration of the Community or these Terms to a successor or trusted administrator if reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and privacy commitments.
Section headings are for convenience only and do not limit the meaning of the Terms.
Questions, concerns, account requests, copyright complaints, privacy requests, and reports of misconduct may be submitted through the Contact page or other contact method provided within Tito’s Community. Please include enough detail for the matter to be reviewed responsibly, but do not send passwords or unnecessary highly sensitive information.
By accessing or participating in Tito’s Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
A private home online for family, friends, and personally invited guests.
Welcome to La Casa, the home of Tito’s Community.
This is a small, private, invitation-only space created for people I personally know, trust, and respect. It is a place to stay connected, share ideas and memories, encourage one another, enjoy conversation, and spend time together away from the noise of large public social networks.
Tito’s Community is a personal downtime project. It grew from a domain and community idea I had started earlier but never fully developed. Rather than allow it to remain unfinished, I decided to give it a simpler and more meaningful purpose: creating a comfortable digital home for people who are already part of my life.
“Not every meaningful community needs to be large. Some need to be trusted.”
Everyone is expected to protect the privacy of others and to communicate with dignity, honesty, kindness, and respect. We will not always agree, but disagreement should never become humiliation, harassment, hostility, gossip, or betrayal of confidence.
An invitation opens the door. Mutual respect is what keeps La Casa feeling like a home.
